Radioacktiva es una cadena de radio colombiana. Su programación se especializa en el rock. Es propiedad del Grupo PRISA y se encuentra operada por Caracol Radio. Inició sus emisiones en mayo de 1989.
Posee dos estaciones principales: la primera transmite para Bogotá en la frecuencia 97.9 FM y la segunda para Medellín en los 102.3 FM. Emite al nivel nacional por satélite.
